**A Note About Member
Logos**
Membership Logos are a bit of a pet peeve of mine, and here's why:
Over the years I have seen where a member will link to the more popular sites
while not acknowledging their memberships to the less known sites. Doing so only
creates bad feelings and perpetuates the on-going 'clique mentality' which I
detest!!
After your membership to SPD has been accepted, I do ask that you place and
properly link your membership logo on your site. If you have not done so within
one week, I will email you to inform you that your membership is terminated.
Sorry, I realize how bitchy that sounds but I have my
reasons.
If you purchase from, use, download, or join this site,
you are agreeing to
my terms whether you have read them or not.

SPD Pre-Mades
are available with membership. What this
means is, you don't have to purchase them separately like you do with most
other sites. Pre-Mades can be offered on your site with the adoption
certificate properly linked.
Protective Scripts are required on all sites if
you use any of SPD graphics. If you offer SPD Pre-Mades, you must make certain
the other sites who request them are also using protective scripts.
Some pre-mades will be offered for a limited time while others may go
indefinitely.
None of my pre-mades are to be offered through e-mail groups, forums, CDs,
collections (other than personal websites collectors). They cannot be
altered in any way unless otherwise specified. Pre-mades certificates must
be placed on same page as your item and properly linked back to
Southpaw Designs.
These pre-mades cannot be used for sig tags, stationery, websets, or in any
other way than what is specified. They are to be used/offered as an
adoptable from your personal site ONLY.

BLANK GRAPHICS
With blank graphics, you can make sig tags, web sets, stationery, etc. I
ask that you do not tube the blank graphics and do not offer my blank
graphics thru emails, groups, etc.
SPD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time so please do check
back periodically.

Graphics and Adoptions Terms:
Unless otherwise stated, all images are mouse drawn by Southpaw and are ©
Southpaw Designs.
None of
my adoptables may be altered in anywayexcept where
specified.
Adoptables may not be offered on your site or for collection; they may not
be passed through the internet in any way; they may not be placed on disk for
distribution.

:TUBES TERMS:
Terms are same as above except you may add
text and decorate the tubes how you like. They may be offered for adoption, sig
tags, forums, or to make websetsONLY AFTER you have created something from them.
Do not offer my tubes 'as is'.
:TUTORIALS TERMS:
All tuts written by Southpaw and are © Southpaw Designs. They
may not be reproduced in any way except to print for your own personal use. It
takes a lot of time and effort to write a tutorial so I'm pretty picky about
this term.
What you do with your tut results is totally up to you! Surprised???? Here's
my theory:
I am positively sick to death of some of these site owners
telling me what I can and cannot do with my end product! If I'm paying to learn
something then DUHHHHH of course I'm going to use it! Let's say I bought my
friend a PSP program and told her she couldn't use it, or, couldn't use it to
profit from! How much sense would that make? About as much sense as some of
these other sites, that's how much! As long as you change your end result
(shading, colors, maybe draw it just a bit differently, etc) then do whatever
you want with it, it's
YOURS!
